Reese Preston the eldest of all her siblings was born in Salt Lake. She has lived here in Utah and
been here her whole life and is now a senior at Hillcrest Highschool. She has three siblings, two
younger brothers and one younger sister. Reese has been playing soccer for thirteen years and
eight of those years have been club soccer. Reese started playing soccer with a recreational team
and then moved to play club and met a ton of friends and found love and passion for the game.
She has taken a break from club her Junior year of high school and is right back into it her senior
year. She has been playing for the Hillcrest soccer team for the past four years. She is very
dedicated to this team and wants to keep getting better. “My dedication to the team is going
every day and pushing hard”. She has had a few injuries but one that stood out the most was a
broken ankle her freshman year which kept her out for four weeks. She has had many other
minor injuries which she has power and heart to play through. She keeps pushing hard for all
these years and is starting to show with her first goal against Cyprus. “ I didn’t even know how I
scored yet but it felt good”. Reese brings heart and passion to every game and practice she plays.
